By accessing and using Silosnap's inventory management services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Silosnap provides inventory synchronization and management services between Lightspeed and Shopify platforms. Our service includes:

  • Real-time inventory synchronization between platforms
  • Product matching and data management
  • Unified dashboard for inventory oversight
  • Automated stock level updates
  • Customer support and technical assistance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Silosnap, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of Silosnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to:

  • Our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Integration with your Lightspeed and Shopify accounts
  • Synchronization of your product and inventory data
  • Storage of your data on secure cloud infrastructure

5. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silosnap shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from third-party platform changes or outages
  • Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

Silosnap and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

8. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to paid services:

  • Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Silosnap operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
